Ryanne

Ryanne

The Myriad were not the only ones watching Carum and Kindle making love.

Ryanne was also in the shadows watching.  She was full of jealousy that Carum, the King’s son was in love with her little sister, Kindle.  Once consolation, Kindle was very naïve and her power was not as strong as her power.

She decided she would use Carum to destroy Kindle and steal the Eye of Alia.  With the stone, she could become even more powerful and destroy all those who wronged her,  starting with Kindle.

Ryanne slipped back into the shadows and worked on her plan.  She had beauty and very powerful magic.

Her hair was long, black and straight.  Her eyes were so black that she could see right through anyone’s soul.  She was a Siren and wore red most of the time.  She would rely on her beauty to seduce Carum.  This should be easy.  He was a man after all.

She made her way through the forest taking the way she knew Carum would be taking back toward the palace.  As she made her way back to her camp she picked up the herbs that she would need to make her potion that she would give to the unsuspecting Carum.  When she was satisfied with her potion, she made her way back to the route she knew Carum would be taking.

Sure enough, she heard his horse coming down the trail.  She sprang into action.

She stepped out into his path.  His horse reared at the sight of this woman in red blocking their path.

“You must be parched after your ride.”  She stated in a sweet way.

After his lovemaking with Kindle, he was rather thirsty so he accepted the drink which held the potion from this woman in a red dress.  He had to admit, this woman was beautiful but not in the way Kindle was.

After drinking the concoction, his head felt dizzy.  The woman in front of him blurred.  His horse reared again and this time he could not hold on.  He hit the ground hard.

Then the woman spoke again “I am sorry.  I never introduced myself.  My name is Ryanne.  I am Kindle’s sister” she explained to the stricken Carum who could not seem to find his voice.  The whole world was spinning.

“Oh my, you must have bumped your head with that fall.  Let me take you to my camp so you can rest a bit”

Before Carum could protest, Ryanne helped him to his feet then made their way back to her camp.

“What is happening to me?  What was in that drink?”  Carum asked Ryanne but let her lead him to her camp.  Maybe he did need to rest a bit before heading back to the palace.

Once there, Ryanne lay him down on her bed.  The room was still spinning for him.  Then he heard the chanting.  It was coming from Ryanne.  He realized a little too late that Ryanne was a Siren.

Next thing he knew, Ryanne was climbing in bed beside him.  She stripped him of his clothes and of hers.  She then climbed on top of him moving up and down with rhythm.

Not like this, he thought.  He was in love with Kindle, not this strange woman who obviously had drugged him.  Yet, nothing seemed real to him.  Was this really happening?  Kindle has a sister?  A sister who is a Siren?  One that drugged me?

But this woman had talents of her own.  She  brought him to orgasm again and again.   Then she leaned down and bit him on his shoulder, bringing blood.  Carum was too weak to resist or protest.

“Now you are marked as mine.  You will do as I say from now on” Ryanne informed the still dizzy Carum who could do nothing but nod in agreement.  He was now under her spell.

“I will let you sleep for now but when you wake up you will help me destroy the Myriad and your beloved Kindle.  That is after you get me the Eye of Alia”

Still, all Carum could do was nod before he fell into a deep sleep.

The next morning he awoke with the feeling of his head on fire, so was his shoulder.

What happened last night? He wondered.  Then he remembered the Siren by the name of Ryanne, Kindle’s sister.

As if he had no will of his own, he listened to the plans to destroy Kindle and steal the Eye of Alia.  At that moment he agreed.  All he could see was Ryanne.

Ryanne started her conversation with her plan to destroy Kindle and the Myriad.

“Tonight, you will steal the stone.  This should be easy since Kindle should have it.  You will become savage on Kindle, leaving her for dead.  The Myriad will be so stricken with grief they will never notice that the stone is missing.  Then you and I will marry, ousting your father and become the most powerful  couple this kingdom will ever have seen”.

All Carum could do was nod in agreement.
